The nearest train station is St Leonards Warrior Square. The Innovation Centre is a short taxi journey or bus ride away.

By Bus

The Innovation Centre is a short (five minute) walk from Tesco Superstore which is well served by buses from all over Hastings & St Leonards. Buses run regularly from Hastings and St Leonards Warrior Square stations to Tesco.

On arriving at Tesco walk down to the road and turn right. Follow the footpath past Tesco Petrol Station and across the access road into the store. Continue along the footpath crossing over Ingleside Road and you will pass behind St Leonards Motors. The footpath ends on Brunel Road. At the end of the footpath you need to turn left and walk a few metres to the junction with Highfield Drive. Turn right onto Highfield Drive and follow the road to the end (past Stamco Timber and Ten Sixty Six Bakery). The road leads into the Innovation Centre car park.

For bus times please visit Stagecoach Bus Timetables and select Hastings as the location. We can recommend routes 20/20A; 21/21A or 22/22A all of which travel from both stations to Tesco every 15 minutes.

By Car

From London/North

Use Google Maps to plot this route from London/North (new window)

From the M25 take the A21 at junction 5 (signposted Hastings and Tunbridge Wells).

Follow the A21 all the way to Hastings.

You will pass a ‘Welcome to Hastings’ sign on your left hand side and then drive under a bridge. Immediately after the bridge turn right (signposted Folkestone/Battle).

Follow the road round and at the T-junction turn left onto The Ridge – A2100 (signposted Battle).

Follow the road along past a caravan park on your right hand side and at the mini-roundabout take the first exit onto the B2092 (signposted Bexhill).

Follow the road taking the second left (just after the 30mph signs) into Church Wood Drive.

Take the second left (with St Leonards Motors on the corner) into Highfield Drive.

Continue to the end of the road and through the gates into the Innovation Centre.

From Brighton/West

At the Pevensey Roundabout take the second exit onto the A259.

Follow the road passing the Lamb Inn on your left and connecting straight onto Barnhorn Road towards Bexhill.

At the roundabout in Little Common take the 3rd exit on the A259 (signposted Bexhill and Hastings).

Continue along the A259 and onto King Offa Way passing a set of traffic lights and a Kwik Fit on your left.

At the large roundabout situated by Ravenside Retail Park take the third exit (signposted Hastings), passing through a set of traffic lights with a petrol station on the left.

Continue along Bexhill Road passing a Murco Garage. At the next set of traffic lights take a left turn onto the B2092 (signposted to the local Conquest Hospital). Follow up Harley Shute Road passing Coombe Haven Holiday Park.

Go straight across a mini roundabout, and over a bridge. At the large roundabout take the first exit (signposted Battle).

Drive down the hill then take the first right onto Church Wood Drive.

Take the second left (with St Leonards Motors on the corner) into Highfield Drive.

Continue to the end of the road and through the gates into the Innovation Centre.

From Rye/East

From Rye follow the A259 towards Hastings.

Pass through Winchelsea, Icklesham and Guestling continuing along the A259.

You will pass a Welcome to Hastings sign on your right hand side.

Continue on until you pass an ARC car wash then B&Q on your right hand side. At the next set of traffic lights turn right onto The Ridge – B2093 (signposted London, Battle).

After approximately 2 miles you will come to a roundabout at the Conquest Hospital, take the 2nd exit continuing along the B2093.

At the next roundabout also take the 2nd exit continuing along the B2093, which will then become the A2100.

Follow the road along past a caravan park on your right hand side and at the mini-roundabout take the first exit onto the B2092 (signposted Bexhill).

Follow the road taking the second left (just after the 30mph signs) into Church Wood Drive.

Take the second left (with St Leonards Motors on the corner) into Highfield Drive.

Continue to the end of the road and through the gates into the Innovation Centre.
